Bulk (Group) Entries are for organisations (Schools, Companies, etc) that are entering 20 or more individuals into any of the eight Events during Race Weekend. Note that these entries do not have to be in the same Event.

Each Bulk Entry must have a main member as the contact that both the Midmar Mile Race Office and Howler ( on-line entry service provider ) can be in contact with to ensure all details are correct and deal with queries throughout the entry period.

Throughout the entry process, we will assist with changes and additions to your entries, invoicing and payments to ensure registration is smooth for your swimmers on Race Weekend.

Bulk Entries will be prepared in the normal way in the weeks leading up to Race Weekend, whereby Race Packs are pre-labelled and packed by Event with the correct swim caps. They will be available for collection at the designated Bulk Entry Counter at Registration on Race Weekend, prior to each event.
