We can’t wait to see you at our final Prime View aQuelle Seeding Swim of the season! Please read through the information below to ensure you are fully prepared for your swim.

Event Line Up

Please note:    Due to the numbers in each of the races on Sunday, a voluntary seeding process will be in place from faster swimmers at the front to the slower swimmers at the back. This is entirely for safety reasons.

Prime View Info

No food and drinks to be brought into the venue (aside from necessary for racing)

                         The restaurant has a full and varied menu throughout the weekend

Tickets for the Aquapark can be purchased from Prime View reception for those that want to make a day of it!

Registration:   Arrive no more than 1 hour before your Race Start Time. Priority is given to those registering in the next event.

Race Packs contain 2 timing chips (one for each wrist) for Events 1-3 and 1 timing chip (for your ankle) for Events 4-7

Pre-ordered Glodina 2025 Midmar Mile towels can be collected here. Extras for sale for at R250.

Bag Drop:        We can look after bags at Registration – you will need to write your Body Marking number on a label that we will attach.

Body Marking: Your Body Marking number will be written clearly on your upper arms before you move to the start line.

Swim Caps:     Numbered Swim Caps will ONLY be provided for Events 1-3. Please bring your own for all other Events

Race Start:       A full verbal race briefing will be given ahead of the start line for each Event.

Wet Suits:        These may be worn but will mean you forfeit any position or prize within your age group/race category.

Event Safety:   Personal Lifeguard Services team will be on the water at all times during all 7 Events.

Emer G Med will be in place throughout all 7 Events.

Swim Safe Devices are available for use in all Events.

Race Timing:   All events are timed by FinishTime. Start lists and results can be seen live here: 

Finish:              All finishers will receive a Finishers Medal and one bottle of aQuelle refreshment.

Prizegiving:     Prizes will be provided for the following events and categories

                          10km | Top 3 Male & Female

                           5km | Top 3 Male & Female

                           3km | Top 3 Male & Female

                           1.2km | Top 3 Male & Female (various age groups across Events 4-6)
